There’s just something about seafood in the summertime. Here’s a simple recipe for Old Bay Shrimp that can be used as a stand-alone dish or to add a little spice to your other favorite meals.
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. shell-on deveined shrimp (16- to 20-ct.)
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 c. Chopped parsley
Heat your grill on high. Toss shrimp with olive oil and 1 1/2 teaspoons of Old Bay seasoning. Thread shrimp on skewers and grill for 3 to 5 minutes until opaque, turning over once.
Remove shrimp from skewers and transfer to large bowl. Sprinkle with parsley and 1 1/2 teaspoons of Old Bay seasoning; toss to combine. Serve immediately.
