This quick and easy Butternut Pudding recipe makes a great treat that you and your friends can enjoy!
This recipe makes 6 servings and takes just 20 minutes of prep time.
2 10 oz. packages of thawed frozen butternut squash puree
1 14 oz. can of coconut milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
whipped cream
Cooking Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325° F
2. Blend squash, coconut milk, eggs and syrup into bowl
3. Pour bowl contents into 8-inch baking dish
4. Put dish in roasting pan and pour boiling water halfway up dish to make water bath
5. Bake in oven for 1 hour
6. When finished let cool and top with desired amount of whipped cream
