A fast and easy way to enjoy BBQ ribs anytime!

Tender and Tangy Ribs in a Pot

¾ c. vinegar

½ c. ketchup

2 T. sugar

2 T. Worcestershire sauce

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp. dry mustard

1 tsp. paprika

½ tsp. salt

2 lbs. port spareribs or boneless country-style ribs

1 T. oil

Combine all ingredients except ribs and oil in a crockpot. Brown ribs in oil in a skillet. Transfer to slow cooker (crockpot)—cover and cook on low 4-6 hours. Enjoy!
